Employment at Iconic Property Services PTY LTD begins with an initial induction session that is then followed by on site induction covering site-specific emergency procedures, areas of cleaning and site policies.
A diverse cleaning routine that allows cleaning to be performed am or pm to ensure the highest presentation at all times.
Cleaning personnel engaged at the various Polytechnic West sites will be requested should they meet the trainee-ship criteria to complete Level 2 in cleaning proficiency and when completed, cleaners will then again be asked to complete Level 3 if they continue to be eligible for this trainee-ship.
A dedicated Customer Service Manager will be appointed to the contract and will support the site leading hand. Our Customer Service Manager is contactable 24 hours per day.
Only experienced cleaners will cover for absentee staff. They are drawn from our casual list, which the site leading hand will be provided with.
All employees will have either a State or Federal police clearance. Employees will be issued with an identification badge and company uniform.

To ensure our company complies with ISO 9001: 2008, monthly inspections are carried out by a senior manager to ensure all processes and procedures are. current and reflect change identified as part of our continuing quality improvement process.
We offer our clients the opportunity for an external Auditor to carry out audits to count towards contract renewal, based on achievement measured through Key Performance outcomes set at the commencement of the contract.
